Ofada Red (Designer Sauce) is a rich, deeply-spiced Nigerian pepper sauce traditionally served with local Ofada rice. Made with a blend of red bell peppers, tomatoes, Scotch bonnet, onions, locust beans (iru), palm oil, and assorted meats, this sauce delivers bold, complex flavour with a signature peppery heat. Known as the “designer sauce” for its vibrant colour and premium ingredients, it’s an authentic taste of Yoruba Nigerian cuisine. Whether paired with Ofada rice, white rice, or used as a protein sauce.

All orders can have either Chicken (Frozen), Beef, Goat meat or Fish (Titus or Kote). Live Chicken attracts 2000 extra charges for all orders
Other protein (Crocker fish, Snail, Turkey, Guninea Fowl, Bush Meat, Cow Leg, Cow Tail etc) attract extra charges
All meals are cooked to individual dietary preferences, spiciness, salt intake, pepper tolerance and level of oil
